Bill W. here, I sent you an email a while back regarding a crankshaft failure on my 07 summit 800. I was requesting some help from Bombardier with the cost of this repair. I was very happy with the response from you and the people at Ski-doo.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and those who made this help available.

The people at Felker motor sports did all they needed to do to get me up and running again quickly and I appreciated that as well.

Ski-doo definitely has the best products on snow and I am always proud to say that I am their customer.

Dear Felkers,

My son Sam Bottoms bought a 2009 XP from you and was so pleased with your personal service that I decided to ask you to check out my sled, which is a 2006 Summit X (red). I bought the sled new in Wyoming and last year, had the set-up redone in Castle Rock at a Ski-Doo dealer. The sled has never preformed very well. I had heard good things about your shop, but had never been in. When I picked up my sled, your staff was very helpful and friendly and helped me load the sled. I had hand surgery and my hand was in a cast. I didn't have an opportunity to ride until last weekend. The first time I got on the throttle, the sled jumped so quickly with the skis off the snow that I had to back off. I couldn’t believe the difference. When I stopped next to my two sons who were riding with me and know my sled, I couldn’t stop laughing. After each of them had ridden my sled we couldn’t stop talking about the difference. Thank you so much. You have earned my business and both of my sons. We will talk up Felkers every chance we get. Please pass this on to your service dept. They wanted to know how the sled would perform. (I think they knew.)

We arrived home in California a few days ago. After leaving your shop, we traveled nearly 2,000 miles. We just wanted you to know that the coach performed flawlessly—the king pin related repairs are virtually rigid as we travel down the road.

Lynne and I would like to thank you again for being there to handle our repairs. There is nothing quite so disconcerting as the loss of your mobile home when you are on a long trip. Thanks to your superior workmanship and timely repairs we were able to get right back on the road and complete our journey.
